How To Solve The Problem Of Excessively Sweaty Feet
First, throw away all your nylon socks. Cheap plastic socks only work to make the problem worse. Try to find socks that are at least 70% wool or cotton, and less than 30% synthetic. Cotton or wool socks are the best at holding moisture before becoming soaked. All wool socks may become clammy.
